This filling machine adopts the technology of step filling with straight-line stepless speed
regulation and digital control filling volume and is equipped with air-actuated
and pressure screwing capping device. It also can be equipped with an electromagnetic induction sealing device to build a production line with multi-location
and multi-function. The production line integrates machine, electron and aerodynamic
technique. It has characteristics of unique design, full function, steady performance, excellent quality and attractive shape.

1) Various filling spout of unique design for leakproof and suck-back system, which
protects job site and containers from pollution
2) Roots flow meter with 3% high accuracy and equipped with imported
multifunction secondary instrument with LCD display makes capacity adjustment
simple, quick and accurate
3) The distance between bottles and the height of bottle filled are convenient for
adjustment
4) There are two types of filling, namely oblique filling and vertical filling. It makes
the machine suitable for filling different property liquid. Oblique filling is suitable
for liquid that forms foam easily. With plug-type and suspended-type localization
style, the filling spout can adapt different filling height
5) Stainless steel plate-type conveyer driven by planetary cone disk stepless speed

adjusting coordinates multi-procedure smartly and synchronously
6) The new type of machine adopts OMRON PLC and features smart program control,
photoelectric tracing and program self-controlling
7) Air-actuated capping device has extensive adaptability and reliability and is
