The filling host machine of the production line works with two weighing platforms synchronously. It can fill two barrels at the same time and single barrel. It is used for isometric, inequality filling and the filling of two kinds of different ratio liquids. It is a new type of model 400. Its supporting functions include:
1) Drum-type main conveyer takes empty barrels to the working platform
2) Caging device in weighing platform zone safety ensures the safe weighing
3) Rolling conveyer in weighing platform zone automatically sends the end products out
4) Screwing air gun finishes screwing cap and air claw seals the cap
5) Auxiliary conveyer carry the end products to the dumping machine
6) Automatic dumping machine makes the barrels filled horizontally and wait for
suspension
